Rafina is a suburban port town located on the eastern coast of Attica in Greece. It has a population of 14,620 inhabitants. Since the 2011 local government reform it has been part of the municipality Rafina-Pikermi, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 18.979 km2.
