Built in 1892, the Vrisaki Lighthouse is a 7-meter-tall cylindrical stone tower. It rises from a single-story keeper's house and is topped with a lantern and gallery. The lighthouse emits a white flash every 5 seconds, visible for 13.8 nautical miles. It is situated on Ákra Vrisaki, marking the west side of the Makronisi channel's northern entrance. This location is approximately 5 km north of Lavrio, guiding vessels rounding Ákra Soúnion as they navigate the channel between the mainland and Makronisi island.
