Three men are missing. A supply boat sank in the Maldives last week, and search teams have been out ever since.

The Friend 4 was carrying aggregate and sand when it started taking on water. The captain, an MNDF soldier, and a police officer stayed on deck trying to pump it out. The boat went under. Eight people were on board. The seven who got out were all foreign nationals.

Search teams continued looking by sea and air in the days after, Maldives Independent reported. According to The Edition, the boat sank about 4.1 nautical miles off Kudalafari island in Gaafu Alif atoll.
