Russian forces struck three Ukrainian port cities overnight on July 24, targeting Odesa, Izmail, and Mykolaiv.

The strikes used air-launched precision weapons and drones. In Izmail, Russian forces targeted port infrastructure and three warehouses holding uncrewed surface vessels, along with a floating dock used to store and launch autonomous underwater drones. Fuel storage in Odesa was destroyed.

A cargo vessel was hit in Mykolaiv, according to Russian defense ministry claims.

Russia has repeatedly struck Ukraine's Black Sea ports since late June. Eleven people have been killed in such attacks in July.
