About Wejherowo County Lighthouse Lighthouse
This 33.5-meter round tower, built of cast iron in 1906, stands on a hill in the Mierzeja Sarbska Nature Preserve, approximately 800 meters from the beach and 7 kilometers east of Łeba. Its 16-sided structure is topped with a lantern and a double gallery. The lighthouse emits three white flashes every 12 seconds, with a geographic range of 22 nautical miles. It survived both World War I and World War II. The original Fresnel lens was removed in 1975. The lighthouse is open to the public.
