About Vodstrup Lighthouse
Vodstrup Lighthouse, built of wood in 1911, stands 4 meters tall on the eastern side of the island of Mors. The tower is painted white with a single red horizontal band and features a square window through which its light is shown. Its focal height is 16 meters, emitting a directional light that appears red or green and cycles every 4 seconds. The lighthouse's geographic range extends to 12.2 nautical miles. While the site is open to the public, the tower itself remains closed.
