The Stokes Bay Range Rear lighthouse was established in 2009, though the range itself dates back to 1904. It features a continuous red light visible from its 19-meter focal height. The structure is a 22-meter tall, square, cylindrical skeletal tower. This tower carries a red rectangular daymark to aid in daytime navigation. The light is located on the mainland shore, positioned 1219 meters east northeast of the front range light.
