This white fiberglass tower, standing 11.5 meters tall, was constructed in 1992 on Peases Island, one of the Tusket Islands south of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. Its focal height reaches 16 meters above sea level. The structure features a lantern and gallery, both painted white, with the lantern itself being red. The automated light emits a single white flash every 6 seconds, visible for 12.2 nautical miles. The keeper's house, built in the early 1960s, was demolished in 2018. The current lighthouse replaced a structure whose lantern was moved to Grindstone Island in 1992.
