Oka Wharf Lighthouse

A simple post light is situated on the quay at Oka Wharf, located on the Ottawa River. Constructed in 1903, this marker functioned until 1997, providing 94 years of service to river traffic approaching the wharf. It aided vessels navigating the currents, supporting local commerce and movement. A post light remains on the quay, though it is no longer listed by the Canadian Coast Guard.
