The Nordre Røse lighthouse, built in 1877, is a 17-meter cylindrical stone and granite tower. It is situated in the Oresund, approximately 600 meters northeast of København airport. The lighthouse guides ships through the narrow passage between Sjælland and Saltholm. Originally constructed in 1877, the structure was rebuilt in 1893. Its light emits two white flashes every 6 seconds, with additional red and green sectors. The tower is painted red and topped with a lantern and gallery.
