This cylindrical white tower, standing 11 meters tall, featured a lantern and gallery with a red roof. It was first lit in 1975 and emitted an isophase white, red, and green light. The lighthouse was situated about 1.5 kilometers southwest of Fagerstrand, marking the eastern side of the Oslofjord near the Nesodden peninsula's tip. Its operational life concluded in 2008 when the structure was demolished. Modern offshore lights subsequently took over its navigational duties.
