This 6-meter tall lighthouse stands on a square platform supported by black piles, located on a skerry off the southwestern tip of Skorpa. The lantern room, which tops the structure, is painted white with a red roof. Its focal height reaches 9 meters above sea level. The light emits white, red, or green flashes on a 6-second cycle, providing a geographic range of 10 nautical miles. This navigational aid is situated on the north side of the Skorpefjord, a passage leading towards Florø.
