The Mousseau Range Rear light, built in 1914, is a square pyramidal skeletal tower constructed of wood. Standing 15 meters tall, it originally featured a white lantern and an enclosed upper section. It was established as part of a range system located about 700 meters southwest of the front light, aiding vessels in maintaining a precise course. The lighthouse was active for many years before its operational status ended in 1996. Most of its original paint has worn away, exposing the wooden structure, which is now considered endangered. The site is open to visitors, but the tower itself is closed.
