It rests on a square concrete pier and is distinguished by its black exterior with a single red horizontal band. The light, located 8 meters above sea level, flashes white every 10 seconds (Fl W 10s). This marker is positioned on a reef approximately 3 kilometers east of Gyongchido. Visitors may access the site, but the tower structure remains off-limits.
