Constructed in 1913, the Amtaedo Lighthouse is a cylindrical brick tower painted white, standing 7 meters tall with a focal height of 38 meters. It is situated on the eastern tip of Amtaedo, the largest island in South Korea's Sinan archipelago, near the town of Amtae. The structure features a round, stucco-clad brick design. Though the site is accessible to the public via a walking trail, the tower itself is closed to visitors. The lighthouse emits a white light with one flash every 5 seconds, visible for a geographic range of 16.7 nautical miles.
