Jerome Point Lighthouse stands on the east side of the St. Peter's Canal entrance from St. Peter's Bay. The station was established in 1883, with the current navigational aid first lit in 1956. The structure is a 10.5-meter square pyramidal wood tower, painted white with a red lantern. Its focal height reaches 15.5 meters, casting a continuous red light visible for 12 nautical miles. A modern keeper's house, also constructed in 1956, was built adjacent to the tower. The lighthouse is now managed by Battery Provincial Park.
