This skeletal tower, standing 17 meters high, was painted white with a red vertical stripe and featured a rectangular slatted daymark. It guided vessels northeast of the Carrabelle River entrance, marking a channel passing the west end of Dog Island. The light emitted two white flashes every 15 seconds. Its function was to assist navigation towards the port of Carrabelle, located 3.9 km away. The structure was removed in 2017.
