Located at the end of a breakwater pier at Tubarão, it is situated on a peninsula east of Vitória Bay. The lighthouse emits a quick flashing red light. Its focal height is 14 meters, and it has a geographic range of 11.6 nautical miles. The site is open to the public, but the tower itself remains closed.
Why it matters: This lighthouse is essential for guiding ships entering and exiting the modern Tubarão port, marking the end of the breakwater pier.
