This 17-meter tower, built and first lit in 2003, stands on a reef in Geunso Bay. Its structure is painted black with a single red horizontal band. The light emits a white flash every 10 seconds, with a geographic range of 11.3 nautical miles from a focal height of 13 meters. The lighthouse is located off the small port of Tonggye, on the south side of the Pado Peninsula. The site is open to visitors, though the tower itself is closed.
