A cylindrical concrete tower, 8 meters in height and painted white, stands on the highest point of Sibidongpado. This island is the largest in a small group situated approximately 30 kilometers west of the entrance to Gunsan harbor. The lighthouse's light source is positioned 91 meters above sea level, emitting a white flash every 7 seconds. Its geographic range extends to 23.9 nautical miles. In 2012, the tower's height was increased by 3 meters, enhancing its visibility and navigational capability in the region. The structure is located near the city of Gunsan-si in the Jeonbuk State of South Korea.
