A red, cylindrical concrete tower, 10 meters tall, marked the breakwater of Seonggumi harbor. Built and first lit in 2008, it stood at the western end of Dangjin. The lighthouse featured a lantern and gallery, with its light visible for 7 nautical miles. It emitted a single red flash. The structure was removed in 2020 following its deactivation.
