Painted white, the cylindrical structure features a lantern and gallery and emits a green flash. It is located on the west breakwater, east of the Seohae Bridge, marking the harbor entrance. The lighthouse has a geographic range of 11 nautical miles and is situated near the port of Pyeongtaek. It is operational and serves the eastern side of the inner harbor entrance.
