About Ponta Ingomaimo Lighthouse

This concrete lighthouse, built in 1931, stands as a hexagonal tower 131 meters tall. Originally painted white with a black band, much of its coating has deteriorated. The structure's lantern is now in ruins. Despite its abandonment, it was listed with a focal plane of 43 meters and a geographic range of 13 nautical miles. The light emitted a white flash every 6 seconds.
