About Northeast Beacon Lighthouse
The Northeast Beacon is a round, red fiberglass tower situated on a concrete tripod. Its focal height is 14 meters, and it emits a white light with a 6-second cycle, featuring occulting white, red, and green phases. This structure marks the northeastern edge of the Bermuda reef system. Located at the extreme northeastern tip of the islands, it is accessible only by boat. The tower itself is closed to the public, though the site is open.
