The lighthouse features a flared top and is attached to a small equipment shelter. Its light emits two green flashes every 10 seconds, with a geographic range of 11.3 nautical miles. The focal height of the light is 13 meters above sea level. The nearest port, Shiraki, is 7.1 kilometers away.
