This active lighthouse is a cylindrical concrete tower standing 13 meters tall. It is painted black with a single red horizontal band. The lighthouse is situated on a reef approximately 1.5 kilometers east of the southern tip of Bijindo. While the site is open to visitors, the tower itself is closed to the public.
