A red, cylindrical concrete tower 6 meters high stands at Hwabuk harbor on the east side of Jeju city. With a focal height of 12 meters, it emits a red flash. The lighthouse formerly marked the west inner breakwater of the harbor, situated 0.7 kilometers from the nearest port, Jeju. Photographs indicate its presence between 2015 and 2018.
