This red, cylindrical concrete tower stands 6 meters tall and is situated atop a skerry at the entrance to Eocheongdo harbor. Its focal plane is 29 meters above sea level. The lighthouse emits a single white flash every 6 seconds. Operational since before 2000, the site is open for viewing, but the tower itself is closed to the public. It is located approximately 1.2 kilometers southeast of Eocheongdo harbor entrance, near Gunsan-si in Jeonbuk State. The nearest port is Gunsan, 28.5 kilometers away.
