Chojiri Lighthouse, a 12-meter cylindrical concrete tower erected in 2006, is situated on a shoal west of the waterway between Ganghwado and the mainland. The structure, colored green and featuring a double gallery, displays a green light that flashes once every six seconds. This light provides a geographic range of 11 nautical miles. Located approximately 600 meters north of the southern bridge to Ganghwado Island, it marks the western boundary of this channel. Access to the site is permitted, but the tower is not open to the public.
