This concrete lighthouse, standing 10 meters tall, was established in its current form in 2000, replacing a station from 1962. It features a cylindrical tower with red and white horizontal bands, built on a round one-story equipment room. The light emits an occulting white or red signal on a 6-second cycle, visible for 13.2 nautical miles. Located on a dune on the west side of the entrance to Yoron Jima harbor, the lighthouse is situated within the grounds of a resort hotel. The site is open to visitors, though the tower itself is closed.
