Location & Light Range
About Tulang Lighthouse
The Tulang Lighthouse, established in 1993, stands on a small islet off the northwestern point of Pacijan Island. This cylindrical, round barbell-shaped tower reaches a height of 10 meters. It emits a white light with a single flash every 15 seconds. The lighthouse is located near the nearest port of Isabel, 13.4 kilometers away. Images from around 2021 showed the tower leaning significantly, suggesting past structural damage, though it is presumed to be operational.
Why it matters: This lighthouse warns vessels of the northwestern tip of Tulang islet and surrounding maritime hazards, helping to prevent groundings.
