This red, cylindrical concrete tower stands 52 meters tall. Its focal plane is 17 meters above sea level, and it emits a red light. The light flashes once every 4 seconds, with 2 seconds of light followed by 2 seconds of darkness. This structure serves as the eastern breakwater light for the entrance to Tomakomai harbor in Southern Hokkaido. It was built and first lit in 2025.
