Tanjung Bangkai Lighthouse

This concrete lighthouse stands 30 meters tall, with its light positioned 18 meters above sea level. The tower features a four-stage octagonal design, painted white, and is topped with a lantern and gallery. It emits a white flash every 5 seconds, visible for 12.7 nautical miles. Constructed from concrete, the structure serves as a navigational aid near the mouth of the Kapuas River. It is located approximately 18 kilometers from Pontianak, the nearest major port.
