Amagarapati (2 lights) Lighthouse

Amagarapati features two lights positioned 0.2 kilometers from Larantuka on the island of Flores. These lights emit a single yellow flash every 3 seconds. The location on Flores's coastline faces the Savu Sea, an area known for its challenging maritime conditions. The lights were established to assist vessels navigating the straits and to warn them of submerged reefs in the vicinity. Maintained by Indonesia's Directorate General of Sea Transportation, they continue to serve as active aids to navigation.
