The lighthouse emits a quick-flashing white light from a focal height of 15 meters, visible for nearly 12 nautical miles. It is situated offshore, approximately 1 kilometer east of another light and 760 meters north of a third. The site is accessible by boat and open to visitors, though the tower itself is closed to the public. Its location is near Tenggayun Beach and Sungai Pakning.
