About Suttsu Kō Lighthouse
A red, cylindrical concrete tower, 10 meters high with its lantern and gallery, is located at the end of Suttsu's main north breakwater. The light source is 16 meters above sea level and emits a red flash every three seconds. The site is open to visitors, but the tower is not. The closest port, Iwanai, is 17.1 kilometers distant.
