Established in 1965, this cylindrical concrete lighthouse stands 8.5 meters tall on the west breakwater of Sakushima harbor. The structure features a white post with a lantern atop a square, single-story equipment shelter. Its light is visible for 10.2 nautical miles and emits a green occulting flash every 8 seconds. The lighthouse is situated on a breakwater near Nishio city in Japan's Aichi Prefecture. Visitors can access the site, but the tower itself remains closed.
