Its light displays two white flashes on a 6-second cycle, along with red and green sectors. The structure consists of a white lattice metal tower and a white hut. It is positioned on the highest point of the Frankland Islands, a small archipelago approximately 40 kilometers north of Innisfail. Access to the island is exclusively by boat.
