This structure is mounted on a 1-story square stone pier. The lighthouse is situated at the end of a short jetty on the east side of the bay's entrance, approximately 4 km north of Pasai Donibane. Its geographic range extends for 11 nautical miles. The light emits a single red flash every 7 seconds, guiding vessels into the bay.
