Constructed in 1913, the Pulau Sialu lighthouse is a 15-meter masonry tower painted white, with a focal height of 17 meters. It is situated on a small, uninhabited island near the Batu Pahat estuary. The light emits a single white flash every 3 seconds, with a geographic range of 12.4 nautical miles. Originally built to aid navigation around the estuary, the lighthouse was deactivated in 1978 and its lantern removed. However, it has since been reactivated and is listed on the Malaysian light list. Access to the island is by boat, and public visitation is not practical.
