This cylindrical concrete tower, painted white, stands 36 meters tall. It was built and first lit in 2023. The light emits a single green flash every 3 seconds from a focal plane of 13 meters. This structure is located at Oinaoshi, on the southwest side of the Muroran peninsula. It was relocated to its current position on an outer breakwater.
