Built and first illuminated in 1947, this 10-meter tall, square concrete lighthouse features a white finish. It rises from a two-story square concrete foundation. The light mechanism, at a focal height of 11 meters, produces an isophase white flash every 6 seconds. This light has a known range of 10.7 nautical miles and is located on the western end of Sakushima island, close to Nishio city within Aichi Prefecture.
