The original structure consisted of a 10-meter concrete post supporting a large rectangular lantern. Its light, a flashing white beam, guided vessels away from submerged dangers. The lighthouse site is now open to the public, offering access to the coastal landscape. While the original concrete post has been removed, the marker it once illuminated now carries its own light.
