About Mølletangen Lighthouse
Mølletangi lighthouse is a 10-meter tall, cylindrical concrete structure built in 2010. The tower is colored white with a red horizontal stripe, and the white lantern features a red roof. Located on the south side of the Breviksfjord, east of the Breviksbrua bridge, it stands near the port of Stathelle. The light exhibits a red color, flashing once every two seconds (Oc R 2s). Access to the site is possible, but the tower is not open to visitors.
Why it matters: This light marks the Breviksfjord and serves as a reference point for vessels approaching the Breviksbrua bridge.
