Located on the upper Lago de Maracaibo, this square pyramidal skeletal tower of concrete construction reached a height of 39 meters. It was supported by a square platform resting on piles. Official records indicated the light was temporarily extinguished in 2018, and the tower had collapsed by 2021. Access to the site is permitted, but the tower structure cannot be entered.
