The La Borracha lighthouse is a square skeletal tower standing 14 meters tall, painted orange with a single white horizontal band. It is positioned on the highest point of a high island approximately 15 kilometers northwest of Puerto la Cruz, Venezuela. This island extends about five kilometers in length. The lighthouse emits a white flash every six seconds from a focal height of 381 meters, providing a geographic range of 45.1 nautical miles. While the island site is accessible by boat, the tower itself remains closed to the public. It is located in the Anzoategui State.
