This concrete lighthouse stands 9.5 meters tall on the east breakwater of Jōetsu. Its cylindrical tower, painted white with a single black horizontal band, is topped with a flared section. The light emits a green flash every 4 seconds, visible for 11.3 nautical miles. The structure includes a small equipment shelter attached to its base. While the breakwater site is accessible, the tower itself is closed to the public. The lighthouse is located near the port of Kashiwazaki.
