The white cylindrical tower, featuring a flared top and a square enclosure, reaches a focal height of 66 meters. Its light produces a white flash every 5 seconds, visible for approximately 20.9 nautical miles. A constant white spotlight is also directed towards a nearby reef. The structure is located close to Shin-onsen in Hyogo Prefecture.
