Hanesaki is a square concrete tower standing 43 meters tall, located on Shikoku's south coast. The structure is painted white with distinct red bands encircling it. It displays two white flashes every 20 seconds from a focal height of 78 meters. The lighthouse also operates a RACON transmitting a signal on 3 and 10 cm frequencies.
