Hakodate North Breakwater Light is a green, cylindrical tower constructed of concrete. Standing 14 meters tall, its focal plane is also at 14 meters. The lighthouse emits two green flashes every 6 seconds, visible for a geographic range of 12 nautical miles. It is part of the NGA list of lights, identified by number 0904 and Admiralty number M6707. The structure's white color contrasts with its green light, marking the entrance to Hakodate port.
